Theatre Policies

Always Check Your Tickets Carefully

Whether ordering in person, by phone, mail or the Internet, please check the event, time and date. Call the Box Office 586.286.2222 as soon as possible if there is a discrepancy.

Cameras

The camera policy will vary from show to show. While Macomb Center does not have a policy prohibiting cameras, many artists do. When an artist requests a “no camera” policy, our staff is required to politely enforce this on behalf of the artist. When in doubt, call the Box Office at 586.286.2222 prior to the performance or ask the house manager on the evening of the event.

Cancellations

Programs, dates and performance times are subject to change.

Children

Unless designated as family programming, no children under four will be admitted. At ALL programs, all guests – regardless of age – must have a ticket.

Concessions

Snacks and beverages are available at most performances. However, coffee and pop must be consumed in the lobby.

Senior citizen status is considered to be 55 years of age or older.

Substantially discounted RUSH tickets are offered to all students, Macomb College Staff and Faculty 90 minutes prior to most performances. Groups of 20 or more receive an additional discount for most performances when tickets are purchased through the Group Sales Office. Call 586.226.4759 for details.

Electronic Recording Equipment

The use of video or sound recording devices are prohibited.
