Young Concert Artists presents Jennifer Johnson, Mezzo-soprano

Winner of the 2009 Young Concert Artists International Auditions, Jennifer Johnson, American mezzo-soprano, made her Metropoli-tan Opera debut singing a bridesmaid in Le nozze di Figaro and Sandman in Hansel and Gretel and her principal artist debut as The Muse/Nicklausse in Offenbach’s The Tales of Hoffmann. Recipient of numerous awards, see why the New York Times hails Ms. Johnson’s voice as “dusky toned and vibrant” and the Dallas Morning News describes her as “The real standout … who sings gloriously.”
