When you attend one of our performances in a group, you're getting an even greater value from your entertainment dollar. Groups of 20 or more receive an additional discount on student/senior ticket prices for most performances. To purchase group sales tickets, please contact the box office at 586.286.2222.  Online purchases do not reflect the group sales discounts. These discounts apply to group outings, fundraisers, religious organizations, senior citizen groups, Scout troops, tour companies and civic, professional or social organizations.

GROUP SALES

Steps to group success!

• Call the Box Office 586.286.2222 to make your reservation.
• Reserve your tickets (A 25% non-refundable deposit is required.)
• Exact numbers and final payment are due 45 days prior to the performance date or when you are notified that the show has gone.
• Macomb Center will cancel all reservations if payment in full is not made within 45 days of the performance or when the show becomes a sell out.
• Tickets are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
• Tickets will be printed after full payment is received.
• Please hold all tickets should a performance cancellation occur. Macomb Center will inform your group of make-up procedures.
• If wheelchair accessible seating is required, notice must be given when reservations are placed.
• Tickets may be added after an initial group purchase is made; however, those seats may not be located with the original group.
• Group tickets purchased within 10 business days of performance will be held at Will Call.

FUNDRAISERS

Fundraising Made Easy!

All non-profit organizations and associations raise funds every year. All too often those fundraisers require a lot of work for very little return. At Macomb Center that is not the case.

Guaranteed Money Maker

Purchase 20 or more tickets to a performance at Macomb Center and receive an additional discount on student/senior ticket prices for most performances. Resell the tickets for whatever you wish to your group members, families and friends and you'll make money on every ticket sold.

Here's an example:

Your club buys 100 tickets at $38 each for $3,800.
Your club resells 100 tickets at $45 each for $4,500.
Your club earns $700.

How much you make depends on how many tickets you sell and at what price.

If your group is a 501(C)(3) organization, your members may receive a tax benefit for the donated portion of the tickets to the extent allowed by the law. You should encourage your group members to consult with their personal tax advisor.

CORPORATE OPTIONS

Groups of 20 or more can get a break from the daily grind and enjoy a world-class performance together. It's a great way to entertain clients or employees and their families and also a great way to thank your local customers during the holidays. Best of all, you'll save additionally on the student/senior ticket price for most performances.  (Group discounts are available for most performances.)

If your group wishes to sit together, it's easier to reduce the size of a group than enlarge it, especially when we get into the season. We'll finalize your ticket order 45 days prior to the performance date.

Final payment is due 45 days prior to the performance date or when you are notified that the show is sold out.

Buy the House!

Larger organizations can purchase the entire theatre and have the performance exclusively for their group at a substantial discount. This includes sponsor signage, backstage tours and/or receptions with cast or staff. Some items may add additional cost, please call 586.286.2095 for details. (Cast availability varies by show.)

Charitable Donations

Businesses often purchase a block of tickets to donate to groups who might otherwise not be able to attend a performance. You can designate which group is to receive your tickets, or we can recommend a group for you. A tax deduction may be applicable. Check with your company's tax consultant.

We'll do our best to accomodate your seating preference and keep your group together if you wish. You'll make our job easier by reserving your group tickets as early as possible.
