A MOTOWN TRIBUTE

Celebrate the music that rose from doo-wop sounds of Detroit's cityscape to singing in the streets and from radios around the world.

From the boy and girl bands to the stars that shone brightest while performing Motown classics, the MSO will feature four medleys that include such pop favorites as "Stop in the Name of Love," "Tears of a Clown," "What's Goin' On," "My Cherie Amour"... culminating with hits by the King of Pop himself, such as "Billie Jean" and "Beat It."

Audiences have never head Motown like this before....classically performed and yet perfect for singing, tapping toes, and reminiscent of warm summer nights riding down Woodward Avenue.  The perfect musical start to summer!
