The facility rental rate includes 6 hours in the facility. Additional time and/or performances are subject to additional fees listed below. Multiple performances must be scheduled with a minimum of 1 hour between the end and beginning of each performance. Rehearsal rental rate includes basic auditorium facilities (stage, dressing rooms, and audience chambers). Performance rental includes the areas listed above and usage of the lobby. All additional areas of the facility are subject to additional fees. Please note all rentals are subject to both facility and personnel labor charges. All rates are subject to change prior to execution of facility usage contract. Facility usage rates and labor fees during holiday periods and peak times may be higher. 

MAIN AUDITORIUM: 1271 CAPACITY (1235 Seats + 36 Orchestra Pit)
Monday - Thursday Rate: $1,800 for a 6 hour package
Friday - Sunday Rate:  $2,200 for a 6 hour package

Additional Hours In Facility

Monday - Friday after 4:30pm and Weekends:  $430 per hour

STAGE II: FLEXIBLE SEATING WITH 100-250 CAPACITY
Monday - Thursday Performance Rate:  $420 for a 6 hour package
Friday - Sunday Performance Rate:  $560 for a 6 hour package

Monday - Friday 8:30am - 4:30pm:  (Limited Availability) $80 per hour (3 hour minimum charge)
Monday - Friday after 4:30pm and Weekends:   $130 per hour (3 hour minimum charge)

A special rate may be negotiated with Macomb Center Operations Manager when Stage II
is used in conjunction with the Main Auditorium.

Monday - Friday 8:30am - 4:30pm:  $130 per hour
Monday - Friday after 4:30pm and Weekends:  $155 per hour

GREEN ROOM & SMALL REHEARSAL ROOMS
Monday - Friday 8:30am - 4:30pm:  $80 per hour
Monday - Friday after 4:30pm and Weekends:  $130 per hour

LOBBY
Monday - Friday 8:30am - 4:30pm:  $155 per hour

PERSONNEL LABOR RATES
Labor rates listed are for a maximum of eight (8) hours per day. Hours worked in excess of eight (8) hours per day will be subject to overtime paid at the rate of one and one-half (1 1/2) the normal rate. Note all holiday periods are subject to holiday overtime rates.
