OPTIONAL: TICKET REFUND PROTECTION WITH SECURE MY BOOKING
You're in safe hands! The Macomb Center has partnered with Secure My Booking. You now have the option to add refund protection in the event that you're unable to attend the show.
What's covered?
- Accident/illness to the ticket holder including COVID.
- Travel delays
- Adverse weather (severe weather warnings).
- Burglary, flood or fire at your home.
- Death of ticket holder or immediate family member.
What's not covered?
- Refunds for events canceled by the theatre.
- Refund of the protection itself.
- Non-appearance of any cast member in a show.
How to purchase coverage?
Once you have selected your seats, you will be prompted with the option to add ticket protection "Consider Ticket Protection." Secure My Booking must be purchased separately for each event and purchased at the time of your order.
- The cost for Secure My Booking is $3 per ticket by event.
