These benefits are a fitting tribute to those whose generosity enables us to educate, enrich, and entertain. Giving Opportunities
Tribute Giving
Remembering a loved one with a memorial gift to the Macomb Center is a way to keep memories alive. Some contributors give their donation in memory of a deceased spouse or other special person. Memorial gifts are listed in the program booklet in a separate section from the general list of contributors. If you would like to have your gift listed as a memorial donation, just send a note indicating the name of the person when you make your contribution. You can still designate your memorial contribution to the Center's Endowment Fund, Annual Programs or Education Enrichment, and it will appear in the program as a memorial.

Matching Gifts
Many employers have established matching gift programs in support of education or arts. Through this type of giving, employers match the donations made by a current or retired employee; some even cover employee spouses. Endowment Fund
The Macomb Center is one of only a handful of performing arts centers in the country with an endowment fund. At $2.5 million, the Macomb Center's endowment fund helps ensure the future of the Center. The principle of this fund is never touched. Only a portion of the interest is spent annually to purchase necessary equipment and supplies for the Center. The remaining interest is added to the endowment fund to help it grow.
Experiencing art and culture is more than just being entertained. The research is conclusive: the arts have the power to inspire, to teach, to unify and truly transform individuals of all ages and backgrounds.
