Youth Chorus Workshop
Workshop Classifications
At the Macomb Center we pride ourselves on offering Performing Arts experiences for students of different ability and experience levels. Our workshops are classified into three levels: Exploratory, Moderate and Intensive. Each level marks a progression in complexity of material covered in the workshop. These classifications are meant to serve as a guide in deciding if a particular workshop is right for your student. Please email artseducation@macomb.edu with any questions.
Exploratory: Something for everyone. For students with little to no formal training, or those simply looking to explore a new artistic discipline in a fun, pressure-free environment. Introduces fundamental concepts of the performing arts which build in complexity by grade level. Emphasizing imagination, self-expression and teamwork over technical perfection.
