50th Anniversary of “You Don’t Mess Around With Jim”
A.J. Croce, son of the late folk and rock singer-songwriter Jim Croce, has topped the music charts throughout his own stellar career, releasing ten studio albums that effortlessly transcend multiple genres. His upcoming 50th Anniversary Celebration the album You Don’t Mess Around With Jim has prompted the most affectionate look back yet at his father’s enduring legacy. Croce Plays Croce features a complete set of classics by his father, some of his own tunes, and songs that influenced them both. The show often includes such timeless songs as “Operator,” “You Don’t Mess Around with Jim,” “I’ll Have to Say I Love You in a Song,” “One Less Set of Footsteps,” to name a few.
